Just a little freehand embroidery I wanted to try. It's a nice departure from working with woods. 

This is my take on those string easter eggs I used to make with my grandmother at Easter. You know the one's where you wrap the glue-encrusted string around the balloon and then pop it after it dries. I used some blue bakers twine, glue, a glass bowl & saran wrap to make this little string basket. I think it's the perfect size for keeping some of my thread and floss for other projects.

I like memorializing flowers in photographs. They are such a fleeting thing and through pictures I get to relive the memory of how the flowers came to be in my possession. These Irises were sent from Matt's office as a sympathy greeting. I think they are just lovely.

Who doesn't like little fuzzy animals? Today I decided to try out some flocking. I think this little blue bunny came out well.
